Most homeowners dread calling an asbestos removal company, envisioning sky-high costs and a mandate to leave the house for the next six months.

The truth is that the cost of asbestos removal is manageable by most homeowners and businesses.  In fact, insurance companies may partially bear the cost of asbestos removal (you need to check with your insurer on this) or a previous owner may be liable for the cost if they did not disclose this at sale.
