Paul Anthony Paul, Jr. is President and Owner of Paul Design Builders, Inc., which has been designing and building new homes and custom room additions throughout the Chicagoland and suburban areas exclusively since 1986.
Paul Design Builders, Inc. was formerly known as Paul Construction Company and was conceived primarily as a masonry and tuck-pointing company, started in 1955 by Paul Anthony Paul, Sr. The company originally did exterior rehabbing of older homes and buildings through tuck-pointing services.
The company then expanded in the early to mid 1970's from only exterior work to interior work also. This work included everything from full interior renovations and remodeling, including kitchens, bathrooms and basements to also removing the roof and building new second floor additions.
This progression of experience and success has led to present day operations, of which Paul Design Builders, Inc. has been designing and building fine new custom and semi-custom homes and individually personalized/designed additions, such as enlarging a kitchen or family room to adding an entire new second or third floor to an existing residence.
In addition to having hands on experience in all phases of construction, which started at a young age by helping his father in the family business, Paul has been educated and has much experience in design and architecture. He is a very qualified, creative and innovative designer and architectural draftsman. He works hand in hand with exceptional architectural professionals to provide clients with quality architectural/design services.
Paul and his equally qualified group of associates and subcontractors strive to bring clients the quality and professional services that they are entitled to. All personnel are very competent and customer friendly. Construction and remodeling can be a very stressful experience. Paul's clients never feel out of touch with their project. They receive attention to all their questions and concerns and can be assured of a professional, quality job.
