About A & B Cleaning

Dusting: All surfaces not just tops, the legs, sides and fronts are thoroughly dusted.

Knick-Knacks are removed and dusted. High dusting for cobwebs and ceiling fans are dusted.

Kitchen: All exterior cabinets and appliances are wiped down; back splashes, counters and objects on counter tops are cleaned. Sinks and cooking surfaces are cleaned and sanitized with chrome shined.

Bathrooms: Clean and sanitized sinks and vanities, toilets, tubs and showers. All tile walls are wiped down. Chrome is shined, mirrors cleaned with Windex.

Bedrooms: All beds are made and rooms straightened. Dusting see above.

Trim: All windowsills and door jams, doors, doorknobs, baseboards are all wiped down.

Floors: All floors are vacuumed and or swept, then mopped. Light furniture is moved to vacuum and mop underneath.

In addition: Services can be arranged to do linen changes.

PLEASE NOTE: I have found that many homeowners prefer specific cleaning agents so I do ask that all Homeowners provide all cleaning agents and supplies

• Are my things safe with your employees?

  Yes. We conduct criminal background checks and verify job history on our employees. In addition, we only hire those individuals who I would trust in my home around my belongings. Each employee must spend 3 weeks cleaning with me (owner) before I'll send her out on her own.

  What if I need to change my day of service?

  I just ask for atleast 24 hour notice

• We offer a detailed cleaning every visit. Same 2 professional cleaners for every visit.

• Who provides the supplies & equipment? Homeowner unless you state that you would like us to provide everything.

• Do I have to sign a contract? No. You can cancel your cleaning any time you wish.

  What if I'm not satisfied? Our work is 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied we will return within 24 hours and re-clean any unsatisfactory areas (within reason)

  What about my pets?

  Your special instructions are noted on your customer information sheet so the house cleaner will know your wishes with regard to your pets.

  Do you pay for referrals?

  Yes! We'll take $25 off your next cleaning if you refer us to someone who uses our service.
