• How many projects do you average in a year?

• Around 63 pool leak detection pulse the leak repairs per year and I get get 4 to 5 calls a week for equipment and pool or spa repairs.

• I am good at my job and I am fair on my pricing and I like to make people happy. I have had a number of jobs were the pool owner have had 2 & 3 pool companies miss their problem and just take their money and run. I like to see the look on their face when I get their pool fixed right. It makes me happy also.

• The one I just finished last week ( the pool I drained and acid washed & fixed the leak. )this man had been screwed 3 times and I was really happy to get the job done right for him and get his pool working right.

• What kind of equipment / supplies / accessories / chemicals and what kind of warranty will they give you and make sure it is in writing. I have seen to many people taken this way.

• I hate it when I go to a job to fix a problem and if it had been fixed right the first time I would not be there. I cannot stand people who do bad workmanship.

• What areas of your trade do you specialize in?

• Full service pool care and leak detection.

  Your pool will naturally lose some water to evaporation, some to splash out and some to backwash waste-water. You may also gain water from rainfall. Our rule of thumb is, if your losing more than 1/4-inch during a 24 hour period, a 1/4 leak a day for a 80 sq. foot pool you will lose 125 gallons a day and 45,625 an year. You%u2019ll need to perform a pool leak detection procedure and apply pool leak repair methods to address any leaks in skimmers, return lines, lights and drains and/or cracks in the pool masonry. Pools are meant to be watertight, of course, but sealants will deteriorate, while other parts of your pool shift and settle, or just plain wear out. Pools can leak through any of the fittings or accessories, plumbing or even right through the shell. It is important to repair pool leaks, not only to save water,money, heat and chemicals, but also to prevent undermining pool structural components, and washing away fill dirt.

Also we top of the pool leak repair products by Leak Master from Anderson Manufacturing pool leak solutions. For Structural Damage to Pool, Spa's, Decking,Cement,Concrete and Gunite the Torque-Lock system is used world wide and is the only system you can find with a 10 year manufacturer defect warranty. E-Z Patch products for small cracks and cosmetic repairs,tile,grouting,pool surface.Our designing,remolding and landscaping 3D & 2D designing software by Pool Templates / Realtime Landscaping Architect is used for new pools,remodeling,landscaping and backyard makeovers.

• Use the proper chemicals in your pool & spa and do not take any short cuts on any of your pool equipment go by the manufacturers guild lines and in the long run you will save a lot of money.
