- What brands or products do you work with?
We use a variety of cleaning supplies. Clorox, Windex, Pinesol, Tilex/Scrubbing Bubbles, and Pledge.nnGreen Products are also available upon request.nnSimple Green Sassafras All-Purpose Cleaner, Aloe and Green Tea Window & Glass Cleaner, Green Works Toilet Bowl Cleaner, and other various Green Work products.nnIt is assumed that the home will be in order or picked up to facilitate cleaning.n

What makes me different from other cleaning companies is that I believe in customer service. I give my clients their preferred date and time or close to it. I keep every clients schedule the same every time I clean. AAA+ Cleaning Services is an owner operated business. I make sure your home is as clean as mine. I pick up the ball where other companies have dropped it and I make sure that every client's home is cleaned to their specifications. I believe in quality not quanity and I am positive you will enjoy your home long after we have left.
- What would you recommend customers looking to save money?
We guarantee the lowest price. How do we do this? If you already have a contract with another cleaning service, you just show us your contract on your invoice with that service when we come out to do our FREE Home Walk-through Estimate. nnWe will automatically take 10% OFF. If our prices are indeed lower, you will get the additional savings. We do not mark up our prices! We use a specialized checklist when walking through your home. The checklist goes to the home office where they use their specialized formula to calculate the amount of each individual cleaning supplies per sq. ft., which is how we save you money.n
- What types of jobs are the most common?
The most common contracts that I have are bi-weekly. I know with most company's they charge about $200-$300 for the first initial cleaning and then give you $100 discount. I refuse to do this. I come out to your home and do a home walkthrough inspection with a checklist. Just you and me. We go over everything in your home that you want cleaned. I answer any questions you may have and offer you a variety of products that are estimated into the cleaning price of your home. I do not mark up the cleaning and then discount it. I will not say that your home may not cost $200 to $$300 but I have yet to come across a home that does! I will give you a base price on your intial cleaning that will stay your price through out your contract unless you add or take off a room. The price will not change!

To provide you with the best service possible we customize the cleaning services to fit your specific needs. In order to do that, we need to do a home walk through with you!nOur detailed cleaning checklist specializes us from other cleaning companies. Our cleaning staff work in one or two person teams and routinely clean the same homes so they become familiar with each client’s home. We found that our clients are more satisfied with their cleaning because our staff is professional, speak English, and are dedicated to their work. Every member of our team is trained in cleaning techniques for efficient and spotless results, so you can relax and take pride in your clean home.
- What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?
Hiring a cleaning service is a daunting task. You want to find someone that is trustworthy, dependant, professional and personable. Here are a few good questions to ask when searching for that right fit:n1. How long have they been in business?n2. Do they have references?n3. Are they insured?n4. How do you prescreen your employees?n5. What kind of training program do you have for your employees?n6. What happens if I am unhappy with my cleaning?n7. - What are the most frequent questions you get from customers? What are the answers?
The most frequent question asked is about scheduling. It seems that a lot of my clients have decided to try a new company because their current one isn't reliable. Their biggest concern is having us there to clean on the day we say we are going to be there. AAA+ Cleaning Services has integrity. If we say we are going to be there, we will be there. Its a promise we do not break!

- How did you get started?
I started AAA+ Cleaning Services with the intention of giving superior service. I had used a few different cleaning companies over the years and I found the services to be horrible. I am very particular about the cleaning of my own home. I found that the customer service was lacking with every company I tried. The companies constantly changed the date and time we had originally agreed upon and my house never smelled clean. Some of them didn't even clean the cobwebs or wipe down the front of cabinets and appliances in my kitchen. I got fed up and thought, if this is the kind of services that are being offered to the public, I can do way better then them. So I opened AAA+ Cleaning Services in 2012.
