About ACH NW, LLC

ACH NW, LLC is a residential construction firm that has been building extraordinary properties for more than two decades. Derek D. Abbott, owner of ACH NW LLC has been in the building industry for over 20 years. He started building homes with his father building speculative, custom and multi-family projects before striking out on his own in 1999. His specialty is to undertake major remodels making houses in locations the homeowners want to stay in and updating them to their dream home.

His home-building experience includes new construction and remodels from contemporary to traditional styles and custom designs. He uses high quality features and finishes, pays attention to details, and uses floor plans that are functional and convenient.

ACH NW LLC is a member of the Master Builders Association of King County and a member of Built Green.
