Questions and answers
- How many projects do you average in a year?
First off that would depend on the economy having said that I'm involved in my own projects as well as working on other contractors projects I most recently was working on 3 projects at the same time kinda like a 10 arm paper hanger I stay as busy as possible on an average I may do a bunch of small projects could 10-30 or could be 1-3 big projects
- What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?
First off I would like to say yes there are some bad apples out there but on the other hand there are many great hard working honest contractors I have heard of and seen many projects where qualty was not first and formost I feel for people who get taken over the hurdle I tell my customers all the time get at least 3 bids and diff watch out for low-ballers as most contractors will give you a fair bid for your project yes some will be much higher than others the fact is low-ballers cut corners and often do poor qualty workmanship by all means check out contractors you may think of hiring are they licensed registered with the state have ins can they provide you with references
