- What certifications or professional affiliations do you have?
We are members of the Better Business Bureau. All of our technicians are certified Lockmiths. Our company is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We are trusted technicians for several companies. These include several motor-club road side assistance companies, as well as several service companies for country-wide chain stores and several larger businesses.

- What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?
There are more and more companies posing as locksmith's. They're easily identified however by simply asking their prices. If you're calling around you'll notice a lot of prices are similiar, and a few are 'too good to be true'. They, in fact, are. These companies quote a great price, and show up with sudden complications, and quote prices 10-20X larger than originally given.
- What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?
How many years of experience do you have? What sorts of high security locks do you offer? What kind of locks do you have?
- How many projects do you average in a year?
We average between 6,000 and 10,000 projects per year. If by project we mean service performed. This number isn't the best indicator of how we work. We do several projects for large commercial and residential complexes, and these could be labeled as '1' project, when the work involved could involve multiple days, to multiple weeks of work. This number is growing constantly. By next year it will be higher. This is due to our highly satisfied repeat customers.
- Tell us something customers may not know about you.
Happy customers, are repeat customers. It is in both of our interest that our technicians leave you with a smile on your face and only positive things to say about our service.
- What would you recommend customers looking to save money?
I would caution them to consider what they are asking for. If they're looking for high security locks, they can consider purchasing them for themselves, and have a professional install them for them. But for a 'cheap' service, to beware. There are several groups who will offer bargain prices, and show up at their door with exuberant extra charges.
- What brands or products do you work with?
We work with all brands. It is important we are familiar with anything we could run into in the field. We make sure we are in the know of any new developments in equipment, merchandise, and parts for our services. If a customer can rely on us to solve all of their worries, than we have failed them as their service provider.
- What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
Warranty for all jobs done.
- What are the most frequent questions you get from customers? What are the answers?
Can you help me? The answer is always yes. We can help 24/7, and make sure we have someone available to be of your assistance no matter what time of day it is.
- What types of jobs are the most common?
No job is more common than the next. It is just as likely for someone to lose their car keys as it is for them to be locked out of their home, or need some locks changed.

We couldn't give any one job as the job we are the most proud of in this year or in past years. Every customer must be treated as number one. We prefer that our customers be the ones to tell their stories. The more happy customers we have, the more they tell their friends. We strive hard to ensure every customer gets the best treatment from a service technician they could hope to receive.
- How did you get started?
We started working as technicians for other companies. Due to our growing reputation as excellent technicians we decided to go into business for ourselves. We work hard to ensure that our customers, and technicians get the best treatment around.
- What information do you recommend to have readily available before looking for a professional in your trade?
any identifying information you have. Proof of residence, or ownership of vehicles. If you left your home and/or pets in someones care, be sure they have all the necessary information that allows them entry to your home, just in case they are locked out (this happens more often than most people realize).
