I used Arts Property Service to remove a large variety of different types of debris from a major basement clean out. He responded in less than 24 hours with the lowest bid of 8. He stayed on target with my budget price. We set up an appointment within 12 hours of my awarding the bid. We set a time the same day and he was able to very creatively and safely get what I thought was at least 3 pickup truck loads in one trip! Very professional and did exactly what I asked for and stuck to the agreed bid price. I would highly recommend Arts Property Service.
