We offer Commercial & Residential services. We service all of the Corpus, Robstown, Portland, Rockport, Fulton and 50 mile radius. We have the newest equipment in fields we service to give you the best quality in the asphalt/ sealcoat profession. In business since 1997 with over ten thousand jobs done to customer satisfaction.   • What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?

  • We offer monthly maintenance for commercial customers to keep their lots clean. We can do it weekly, bi-weekly or once a month. You'll be suprised how much debris a parking lot can get in just a short while. Residential and Commercial customers can request clean up and sealcoating services from us. Sealcoating should be applied every two to four years, depending on the property. Sealcoat helps asphalt stay flexible and protects from ultraviolet rays, gas, oil and transmission spills. Not to mention the curb appeal it provides.

  • What areas of your trade do you specialize in?

  • All areas, I am owner / operator and take pride in being there every step with my customers. We've added a new sealcoat squeegee machine to our sealcoating department that gives us an edge!

  • Tell us about the project or job that you are most proud of (in the last 12 months).

  • I did a small driveway that wouldn't allow me to use our paver. We had to shovel and rake the whole thing. That takes you back to the basics and lets you appreciate the equipment you have. The mans name is David and has left me a good review on Angie's list. It's not always the big jobs that make you feel good. It's the little ones that bring out your integrity.

  • How many projects do you average in a year?

  • Between 100 and 200. The weather plays a big part in the asphalt business. Besides that, travellers come south and offer left over asphalt. Don't be tricked!

  • What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?

  • About the process and guarantee offered. Also if the contracor is doing his own work or subbing it out. This could save you hundreds, even thousands!

  • What brands or products do you work with?

  • We use 3/4 limestone base mixed with Portland cement for our base on roads and new projects. Type D hot mix asphalt. Gemseal sealer is my personal favorite but we also use environmental friendly sealer in areas where it is mandatory.
