Questions and answers
- Tell us something customers may not know about you.
We work in multiple service areas. We do accounting, but we also have advanced our studies in other fields. We can help a business to set them up, file taxes, or even complete work for a court case or legal contract. Complete their payroll for them and still be able to provide professional services in other areas that they need the work done in.
Certainly ours is a firm that is involved in many different areas; none of which are less valuable than that other.
- What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
We guarantee a professional job.
We ensure that our clients are satisfied with our work. We explain every step of the process so they know exactly what is they are being billed for.
We work with the client so that they can get what they need done professionally, and at a reasonable rate.
We may offer discounts for volume work as well as work with our clients with payment arrangements.
If the Client has questions or concerns, we will attempt to answer them as best as we can. We care about long-term commitments and ensure that all clients are completely satisfied with our work.
All clients will leave our offices happy. If not we will work with them until they are.
- What information do you recommend to have readily available before looking for a professional in your trade?
What exactly do you need done. What are you looking to spend on it. Talk with the company, let them know this. People will be able to give you a better quote for your work. Don't expect to not pay for it.
Professional fields generally charge for the work. But you can rest assured and sleep at night knowing that you are going to get a professional job done. Outline what it is you need done. And what you are willing to spend for it. Then talk to some companies. The more they know, the better they will able to assist you.
- How many projects do you average in a year?
Our projects can vary year-to-year. At times we may be very busy, while at other times we may be slower. It really depends on a lot of factors; advertisement, economics and many others, just to name a few.
We do however work on well over 100 projects during the year. They could be longer-term or very-short-term. They could be quite complex or relatively simple. No two jobs are ever the same, which is what keeps it interesting.
- What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?
To give an answer we would say that we are very good at what we do. When it comes to solving problems and dealing with many issues certainly ours would be a hard firm to best. Check us out and find out that for yourself. You'll be very happy you did.
- What certifications or professional affiliations do you have?
We have been an A+ Better Business Rated company since 1994; the highest in the industry.
The Owner Wayne has held various affiliations with organizations such as Toastmasters, American Management Association, and others; as well as having been on various Chambers of Commerce.
The Owner has helped many people with Social Security and other legal matters; and has been primary in having changed two civil rights laws in cases that he assisted with.
- What would you recommend customers looking to save money?
We recommend that you do what you feel is right. If you do not like what you hear, then it may not be the best fit for you. To say that every firm will be a good fit for you; is simply not true.
Firms that relate honesty like ours, may not always be the most liked; but this integrity does keep our doors open. Do not listen to those who will tell you exactly what you want to hear. You need an unbiased opinion and work on most matters. Do not settle for anything less.
Saving money is great. But you also have to determine at what cost are you really paying for that? Consider the going rates for most businesses for the type of work; those who just seem too cheap may not be the best for you. Saving money again, is good, but in most cases, there can be other greater costs that are not yet apparent. Go with your gut feeling; you will be fine.
- Tell us about the project or job that you are most proud of (in the last 12 months).
If we would talk about any job that we are most proud of; we would have to say that we are proud of them all. We do our best to ensure a professional job and make sure that all clients are satisfied with our work. We always work with them until they are.
- What are the most frequent questions you get from customers? What are the answers?
What are your rates. How long have you been in business. How long will it take you. Our answers are since 1994. We generally flat-rate bill or bill by the hour.
Our Rates are generally listed on our website under our policies. The time it takes us will depend on what actually needs to be done.
Until we see it, we cannot really answer this questions. But we can give you an approximate time limit for doing it.
- What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?
It would vary by the type of services that a customer needs.
