• Q) Are your estimates 100 percent free?

  A) Yes! All that we ask is that we can meet with all owners of the property.

  Q)Why do you need to meet with all the owners in order to receive the free estimate?

  A) In the event that you're impressed and would like to move forward with any home improvement work, legally we would need both or all owners of the home to sign the contract.

  Q) Can I receive an estimate over the phone?

  A) Unfortunately, no. In order to give you the most thorough and detailed estimate, we need to see what we are giving you an estimate for.

  Q) Do you offer financing?

  A) Yes, we do! Up to twelve months financing through Wells Fargo.

  Q) How long will the estimate take?

  A) Depends on how many questions you have. If you simply want to know how much it will cost to replace a roof, we'll already have the measurements ready for you (through satellite technology) so the estimator just needs to figure out the prices. Kitchen/bathroom remodeling might take a little while longer, as well as room additions.
