• What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
A.

• Bookkeeping services are delivered by bookkeeping period. This can be weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually. When the bookkeeping for your period is done, we will follow up with you to ensure it also gets done the next bookkeeping period.

  QuickBooks set-up and training services are offered until you become a competent and confident user. Once you have mastered the skill, we will follow up with you at the end of the year to offer you a year-end review of your work. We will help you gather up and verify the correctness of the data your tax preparer needs.

• Our bookkeepers must pass thorough testing in QuickBooks and Accounting to quality to work for Better Bookkeepers. We are very good at both areas.

  I have tested many, many bookkeepers. It is not easy to find bookkeepers who are good at both QuickBooks and accounting. Most are good at one or the other. We are good in both areas.

  If something comes up that is new to us, we have professional resources to consult.
