- What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
When it comes to towing & recovery, we will make sure that the customer has a safe and secure ride to their destination. We have a very good working relationship with a local cab company and can bill everything at once if needed. With repossessions, we inventory, store and dispose of the vehicle for our clients.
- How did you get started?
A friend in high school. His dad owned a wrecker service and I worked there on weekends and the summer untill I graduated. Then I worked a year or so for him and went out on my own.

Towing, flat tire changes, battery jumps, lockouts
- What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?
If they are able to handle the job? What are your prices? Do you have the proper insurance coverages? What kind of training do your operators get? Are the employees all uniformed? How long in the business?

We are a very professional company. We take pride in our work. We try to be as considerate as possible. We all have families at home just like you and know that a unspected emergency is always hard to be prepared for and have the money for. This is why we try to be fair in our pricing.
- What information do you recommend to have readily available before looking for a professional in your trade?
Year, make, model, license plate number, what is wrong with the vehicle, how vehcile is being paid for and by all means.....leave the keys with the car.....it's broke, no one can take it....hide the keys somewhere on the car.

That the equipment that is used is very expensive to purchase and maintain. Regulations, insurance, and fuel to operate is expensive also. So when the operator gives you a price, this is what you are paying for along with the operator that comes out to "save the day" for you.
