• I have been in the Jacksonville area for approximately 5 years, moving from Southeast Pennsylvania. I grew up in the mid west where life's values are still important!

  I attended SEMO U in Cape Girardeau, the Institute of Banking in St. Louis, MO.

  I have worked for some of the largest global companies in the world, and some of the smallest local businesses. My experience is vast, and I consider everyday a learning experience!

• We have assisted several companies in cash flow areas, showing them how to increase their profitability. With owners knowing where their company's cash is coming and going out, our company owners are able to make Great Business Decisions! Let us assist you with in growing your company.

• We only work with a number of clients per year. We do not overbook. And we only work with clients who are truly looking to increase their revenues and decrease their expenses.

  We provide many services to help our clients with growth in all areas of their businesses.

• We continue to provide services on going as long as our clients agree. Our continuing coaching services are available to all our clients as needed. And of course, our bookkeeping services are available as an on going service.

• Accounting, bookkeeping for small to medium businesses, we are available to discuss your concerns and immediate needs.

  We also offer payroll, bank reconciliation, ar, ap, monthly financials, along with coaching/consulting for your business, cash flow planning, business planning, loan preparation, budgets.

  We also are excellent settlement advisors. If you have received a bill that is in correct or have a long past due client, we can assist with those issues too.

• Our backgrounds are in the financial area of different industries, we have spent time counseling consumers and business in reducing debt, improving their credit ratings.

  I believe most business owners think of their financials as something that just gets done. There are so many things most people just don't know. Once explained many of the mysteries of accounting/bookkeeping just disappear and a new understanding of what your company's financials mean can help a business owner make Great Decisions!

• What information do you recommend to have readily available before looking for a professional in your trade?

• When you looking for a new bookkeeper, you may want to have information regarding your companies payables, receivables, agings, income and expenses. Bank information is also good. Be prepared to discuss where your business is now and where you want to go.

  We will review your information with you and see what are the best options for your company!

• What certifications or professional affiliations do you have?

• We are members of IAPDA, International Association of Professional Debt Counselors. This is one of two organizations authorized by the Federal Government to provide this service.

  We are the only members located in Jacksonville, Florida.

  We are able to settle many disputed items for our clients. If you are experiencing any billings that are not correct, please contact me today. If you are not receiving income on your receivables, we can also assist in this area too.
