• What are the most frequent questions you get from customers? What are the answers?

• Customers inquire a lot about paint color and PRICE! We have custom color consultations and guarantee our price will be very competitive to other contractors. Obviously they need to feel secure about their choice of painting contractor, therefore testimonials listed on our site can help or simply talking to one of our previous customers over the phone.

• What would you recommend customers looking to save money?

• Sometimes saving money by choosing the lowest bid isn't really saving money. The old term you get what you pay for is gold within the painting industry. Saving money means lower employee wages, no workers comp. insurance or not prepping/coating the surface to professional standards. Therefore, a customer may need to paint sooner then later, eventually costing more in the end.

• Cali Custom Coatings gives back to the community. In 2011 we gave away a free room painting at the Mather Heights Elementary Fall Vendor Fair. All proceeds from the auction went to the schools PTA.

• Cali Custom Coatings specializes in interior and exterior paint services of residential and commercial buildings. We also specialize in wood, deck and fence staining.

• How did you get started?

• Rob White, owner of Cali Custom Coatings, has worked within the paint industry for over 10 years. He started out as a paint specialist in the store and climbed the ranks to store manager. With numerous amounts of product knowledge classes and a vast knowledge of the coatings industry he ventured out to work for himself as a painting contractor.

• Cali Custom Coatings works with all painting companies such as Frazee, Sherwin Williams, Kelley Moore and Dunn Edwards. We can also work with any type of paint the customer chooses or prefers.

• Tell us about the project or job that you are most proud of (in the last 12 months).

• Cali Custom Coatings recently finished painting an apartment complex in which the project manager was extremely happy with the results and is looking forward to working with Cali Custom Coatings on more upcoming projects.

• Cali Custom Coatings is apart of the Better Business Bureau and is proud to maintain an A+ rating. We are currently working on furthering our certifications in other areas of not only small business ventures but professional painting affiliations.

• Square footage and address is always nice to have to create a proper bid or estimate. Cali Custom Coatings can fill in the blanks as to what we need to know to help the customer feel secure with choosing us as there next painting contractor.

• Leave the painting to a professional who knows not only how to prep a surface but what surface can take what type of paint. Rob was the guy that other painting contractors came to when there were issues with paint. Therefore, he is extremely secure with each and every job he accomplishes and secures them with a 10 year warranty.

• Exterior painting is the most common type of job needed to be done. With weather elements consistently breaking down the viability of paint, it's only a matter of time before it needs to be refreshed.
