Capital Concierge On-Call, LLC is a lifestyle management service focusing on the private transportation needs of exclusive clientele such as:
- School kids who attend private schools
- The elderly who may need someone to transport them to and from doctor's appointments or tag along with them as a daily companion
- The everyday individual who may need transportation to and from the airport or to various places around town.

- How did you get started?
I spent the past 10 years assisting a disabled former NFL football player who needed me as a personal assistant 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It was here I realized the number of different tasks that the everyday individual may need assistance with. Others also began to enlist my services once they realized what value I could bring to their day by helping out your freeing up that time they realized they needed help in coordinating. From the services that I provided to the former football player I began to get request to pick up and drop off kids to school, from cheerleading or band practice, etc and back home safely. I also began servicing the elderly that could no longer drive themselves and needed someone to shuttle them around to take care of their errands and also went as far as to escort and accompany them to and fron church.
- What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
I am always available to provide them with the same service in the near future to suit their needs and any family or friends that they may refer to me or whom they feel can benefit from my service. I believe in following up with my clients after I provide them with a service so I can keep them as a client as well as keeping them abreast of any up and coming promotions, discount programs or events that may be coming to the area that they may benefit from in the event they may need such services in the future.
- What would you recommend customers looking to save money?
Being a marketing major I have assessed areas within the services where I can offer to my clients a discount program by using my services on a regular basis and receiving a certain dollar amount off based on the number of times that they use my service. I have also created a referral plan where they can save money in the event they refer a friend or others they feel can benefit from my service. In addition, you receive a certain amount off just for using my service for the first time.
- What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?
What's the cost for the service / services they are requesting from my business?
How often can I be of service to them on a regular basis?
As far as transportation, how far am I willing to travel?
How does my overall service work as well as what private schools do I offer transportation to and from?
They also need to ask if a certain time is available for the service they are requesting when taken into consideration that my services are pre-arranged and a client must reserve the time that I spend with them.
- What are the most frequent questions you get from customers? What are the answers?
Most times customers want to know what my rates are, if I offer any hourly rates, if I can take them various places and if so, how much will it cost them for me to deliver that service. I let them know that my rates are based on the the amount time I spend with them, how far I transport them and how long I will have to wait if there is any wait time involved.
- How many projects do you average in a year?
1200 to 1500 jobs per year. This number can vary because of the nature of my business. I get random calls from various clients depending on their needs whether it be a job that requires a number of hours or just an hour or two. In addition as my clientele grows and people become more knowledgeable of my services word of mouth will drive my numbers in growing my business.
- What brands or products do you work with?
Because the nature of my business deals with providing a service I can not really say that I work with a certain brand or product aside from the quality of service I provide as well as the high end luxury Lexus Sedan that I offer to my client as a means of transportation. I use the type of vehicle I transport my client in as a tool to separate myself from my competition in that unlike my competitors as a Concierge, I can offer my clients a very nice vehicle to be transported in as I am providing them a service and because of that I separate myself from the level of service that a taxi would offer.
- What types of jobs are the most common?
Because I have geared my services as a concierge around being able to transport my client to and from where they need to be and making sure they get my undivided attention the entire I am providing any service to them, I would say jobs in the areas of exclusive private transportation are would be most common in what Capital Concierge provides.
- Tell us something customers may not know about you.
I am definitely a people person and believe that I want to treat my client in the manner that I want to be treated. I'm not in the business just to make money but to offer a service to my clients in areas that they may not be able to find in other companies. I believe in being fair and in the event my customers are not satisfied I want to identify the problem so I can make sure that they leave pleased and feeling as though they will most definitely use my business again or at least suggest my services to a family member or friend.
- Tell us about the project or job that you are most proud of (in the last 12 months).
I am most proud that over the past 5 months I have used the experiences I have had over the past 10 years and turnrf those into an actual service to offer to the general public and allow those services to be of value to not just 1 person but to anyone who needs help in their day. I pride myself on the ability to multitask and work on a number of projects at once all while be able to deliver top quality service and meet the needs of my client.
- What information do you recommend to have readily available before looking for a professional in your trade?
I feel that before looking for a professional who delivers my services one should have an understanding of what it is a Concierge Service does and the level of unique services that it provides. If a client or potential client has a clear understanding of these things then they can better appreciate the services and the value that such services can offer for those who may be in need of them from a time as well as from a cost perspective.
- What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?
That they come first. I believe as a Concierge my job is to identify what needs they have and deliver them in the most professional manner as possible to the point that I will know what they need before they ask or I will continue to receive repeat business from them or referrals to other jobs because of them being satisfied to the point that they feel others would benefit from my services as well. I also want my client to know that the services are offer to them are unlimited as long as they are ethical, legal and within reason.
- What areas of your trade do you specialize in?
Private transportation for school kids attending private schools, the elderly who may need transporting to and from the doctors as well as offering daily companion for a day out on the town and frequent airline travelers to and from RDU Int'l.
- What certifications or professional affiliations do you have?
Having a Business Management degree with a concentration in marketing from North Carolina State University, I have added to my credentials by obtaining a certification in Event Planning, attending classes to get my notary certification as well as my CPR certification which I find all would be relative to the type of service that I offer as a concierge in the event that any of my clients may benefit from the knowledge that I possess in those areas of expertise. I find that because of my skill set and having had worked in certain areas where I have had to deliver top customer service or represent others who look for top quality service I can identify and know how to better serve my client.
