I am an ACT Certified Personal Trainer, an Independent Team swimming and Ironman Coach and NAUI Scuba Instructor.

I want you to know that it is okay to ask for help, it took me having a medical scare to realize I needed it! Even today I will train with various trainers so that I can learn new techniques, get guidance on my form and routine and also to humble myself. I am committed to your success and when you decide to commit to it too, we can conquer your fitness goals!

An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust your program. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. We can continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals.

I start my professional training when I was 4, and it became a passion of mine ever since. I am continually pursuing new and fresh ideas and education. I feel that a certification is a great thing to have, but experience and application are more important.
I try everything I ask my clients to do, I don't just pull stuff from a manual and ask you to do it. I will not stop learning and that means you will not stop learning as well. My time in the gyms and on the fields will pay off in your results.
