  We answer that we are licensed, bonded and insured. We offer a list of references that they can call. We provide our own cleaning supplies, but if the client would prefer that we use their cleaning supplies, we will. We will respond to our customer concerns as soon as possible at anytime of the day.

• We make a follow-up call to ensure everything went as planned and a follow-up plan to correct any issues in the rare circumstance they occur.

• We are most proud of a hoarding job we did for an elderly woman who was on the verge of being evicted by the Fire Department. We were hired by her out-of-state family to help her organize and deep-clean her condo. We worked with her to throw out what she did not need and deep-clean her condo. When I sent photos of her clean and tidy condo to her family, they were ecstatic. She passed her inspection, and we now do a bi-weekly cleaning for her.
