About Compass Electric, LLC

Compass Electric, LLC is a full service electrical contractor serving Southwest Washington.

Primarily, we do residential service work, working directly with homeowners to solve their needs.

We have an emergency service available 23 hours a day (we have to take a break sometimes), and charge no additional fees for weekend or evening work.

Examples of projects we do are panel changes, troubleshooting, low voltage, home standby generators, whole house automation systems, and home theater systems.

We also work with rental owners and real estate agents.

Being a small, local and independently owned and operated business with low overhead costs allows us to charge less than large corporate shops do.

We provide a lifetime warranty on our workmanship because we stand behind what we do and believe that our work should last a lifetime.

Services offered

I installed a backup generator for a couple that powered their entire house when the power would go out. It is wonderful to know that I can provide such a convenient service for someone in need.

I recommend doing your research to ensure that you are getting a quality, bonafide electrical contractor to do your work for you. There are too many unlicensed people out there offering great deals but don't be fooled. You get what you pay for.

I am a family man. A father of 4 beautiful children whom I absolutely love spending every free moment of my time with. My children are the light of my life and every hour that I work goes to giving these children the life they deserve.

We do a lot of troubleshooting problems with things that may not work. We do a lot of panel changes and hot tub installations. We also do a lot of niche items that a lot of other contractors may not want to handle such as low voltage lighting systems, generators, whole house automation, security, etc.

I wish they knew how hard we have to work to get to where we are. Depending on the type of license, an electrician may have to go through 4 years of schooling and gain 8,000 hours of experience before getting licensed to do what we do.

We answer our phones 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, whenever possible. We return phone calls same day within reason. If there are ever any issues with what we do, we will stand behind our promise to provide excellent service and take care of whatever the customer needs.

Are you licensed? Yes. Are you bonded? Yes. Are you insured? Yes. What kind of warranty do they offer? Lifetime warranty on workmanship, manufacturers warranty on products. Do you offer 24 hour service? Yes.

I started out as an electrical apprentice, wiring new construction homes. Eventually I moved into a service position working on existing homes. I finally decided it was time to start my own business and the rest is history.

We are a growing company but we average about 250 jobs per service truck per year. We currently have three service trucks active.

I would recommend that they use us. We are a small, local, low overhead business. Because we are low overhead, we can charge less to our customers and still make the profits that we need to keep our business healthy.

Are they licensed? Are they bonded? Are they insured? What kind of warranty do they offer? Do they offer 24 hour service?
