Regional and remote support is my specialty, whether in the Lee County, FL area or anywhere in the USA. Most often I deal with providing advice in the selection of new equipment and also I capably deal with Spy Ware and Virus removal and/or efficiently helping clients with their unique personal or business needs.
- How did you get started?
I decided to get into this line of work when my high school bus driver took the time to teach me about computer capabilities and what these machines could do to make things much easier. Later on in my life, when I started to work at Circuit City and then at Staples, my passion grew even more because I loved helping customers and resolving their issues. I could see their joy and happiness when I helped solve their problem or took the time to assist them in selecting the proper computer that would meet their needs. My passion for computers is so strong that I will not stop until I have the various issues resolved. I still remember taking my first computer apart and then putting it back together by reading books and doing research. It made me so proud knowing that I could do it. Also, while in college, I was able to assist my computer teacher and my best friend by showing others how to practically resolve their individual needs.
