D&R Services is general contractor with a GB-98, and certifications in water restoration from the most recognized name in the business IICRC setting the standard that our insurance companies train their adjustors with.
I as a finish carpenter for one the larger general contractors in the sw area up until the big hit of 2009/10. This is when I started DR and hired all of my co-works having a variety of skill sets and was able to pick and choose all employees cause of the economy. I feel that this played a part in the success of the D&R services and why we are able to provide such a quality service.
D&R Services did a water restoration job in Albuquerque for a home owner. The home owner was sent a check by their insurance that was not only insufficient but would not even cover the material cost for repairs.
We had the case reopened for them and had the restoration project done in 7 days. Not only was the home owner happy to be back in their home.
We also received comments from the storage company were we stored personal items, and the insurance company for completing the job so quickly with out cutting corners.
We offer follow-ups.

D&R services began as dr property maintenance company and progressed quickly in D&R services a general contractor (GB-98). Sticking to our base providing quality work at affordable rates. Now preforming work on 100 million dollar projects as a subcontractor, and changing light bulbs for our residential customers.
How long will the project take and are you licensed and insured?
How can we save money, by doing it right the first time?
I would recomened setting a budget for your project, and take in to consideration what you are looking to get for the amount.
Water and fire restoration, concrete, flooring, Insurance work, stucco, window installs, large part of our work also includes ruff timber shade structures.
I would recommend that you do you research by interviewing your service men and woman that will be working on your home or business. It is cost affective to get it done the first time. As many of my customers mention to they tried to us the cheaper guy and now they are paying twice, in essence getting what you pay for.
We average in 60-90 projects a year.
We take pride in the work that we do, It's an art and not every one can do it the right way.
Lean on your contractor to walk you through the process of your project to make sure you have an understanding of the steps it will take to do the job right.
I would like to say D&R Services gets the job done. We have had small problems as well as large problems in our building maintenance area and I could count on D&R Services to give us a fair estimate and do the repairs in a timely manner.
