About Darklight Window Services

Darklight Window Services started as a part time home business in 1998 in the Houston and Katy area. We started as a window cleaning and gutter cleaning service.

A year later we expanded and added window tinting because our customers wanted someone to tint their windows.

Now we provide:

  • IN MY SERVICE INDUSTRY DOES NOT REQUIRE ANY CERTIFICATIONS BUT I DO HAVE TRAINING FROM THE PRODUCT SUPPLIERS ONCE A YEAR. I ALSO HOLD OTHER AFFILIATIONS WITH THE WATER INDUSTRY WITH THE STATE OF TEXAS AND THE HOUSTON CHAPTER OF THE HOUSTON WATER UTILITY ASSOCIAIONS.

  • What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?

  • We provide a "no questions asked service policy"

    If the project we made has a default that we think that it was damaged by us then we fix it no questions asked.

    One example: if we tinted your home window and it peeled off due to the glue didn't stick to the window. We come to your location and see if it was damage due to the glue. If it is, then we we'll take it off and replace it no questions ask. This goes for the same with other services.

  • MY BACK GROUND IS IN THE WATER UTILITY COMPANY. I STARTED DARKLIGHT WINDOW SERVICES BY ACCIDENT DUE TO ONE OF MY WATER CUSTOMER ASKED ME IF I KNEW ABOUT SOMEONE WHO CAN CLEAN THEIR HOUSE WINDOWS. NOW, I AM OFFERING THIS SERVICES TO MANY OF MY CLIENTS AND THEIR REFFERALS.

  • How did you get started?

  • I started in the business in 1998 part time while working for a local water utility company. It all started when one water customer asked me if I knew someone who cleaned windows for their home. I started that weekend and along the years we added services and in 2006 went full time.

  • MOST OF MY WORK IS IN THE SUMMER MONTHS. WE AVERAGE ABOUT 35-65 PROJECT A YEAR IN THE WINDOW TINTING DEPARTMENT AND ABOUT 50-130 WINDOW CLEANING PROJECTS AND NEW ROUTES. WE AVERAGE ABOUT 30-45 POWER WASHING PROJECTS. 25-30 PROJECT CLEAN UPS. 10-25 DOOR REFINISHINGS. 30-45 SOLAR SCREEN PROJECTS. 14-25 GUTTER CLEANINGS. 10-15 GUTTER INSTALLATIONS.
