We operate a seasonal business and sometimes during peak installation season we tend to wait till evening to call customers back to arrange scheduling installs.
- How did you get started?
I started with one guy, a rusty old truck, some shovels, a wheel barrow and no business plan. Over the next few years, I learned if I wanted to stay in business I would need to develop a plan. First step in the plan was to be honest with customers and the second is to give a fair price. Everything came into place shortly thereafter.
Now, 1000′s of pools later, we use bobcats and laser tools to make the job easier. In addition, I use the internet to engage the customer with reliable information that I’ve learned through my many years of experience. - What types of jobs are the most common?
