About Descon Construction

Descon Construction is a full-service company located in Oak Park, Illinois that provides design, building, remodeling and repair services.

We have been in business since 2000, and we have grown steadily by providing top-quality services with a high level of customer service not common in the home improvement industry.

We want to go beyond our client’s expectations. Therefore, we follow systems dedicated to providing people the best in quality and value. We employ highly skilled workers to help us maintain excellent workmanship.

We are not the least expensive builders in business, but our competitive pricing, high quality and honest business practices provide great value to our many clients.

We value our client relationships, and because of that, we often complete projects that may be too small for many builders. We do this by staffing full-time service technicians with a wide range of skills for hourly maintenance or service calls alongside our experienced subcontractors for large-scale projects.

We are a complete home improvement company, and our clients trust that they can call us for something as minor as a leaky faucet repair to something as large as a new custom home or investment property.

By creating those strong working relationships, we provide clients with the peace of mind that they and their homes will be treated with honesty, care, and respect whatever their needs are. Those same relationships in turn provide a steady stream of work, allowing our company to continue to grow and provide our community with reliable home improvement services.

• We are currently licensed in Chicago, Oak Park, River Forest, and many other municipalities. We are fully insured and we have compensation for all workers.

  We are certified by the EPA for lead-safe practices and are members of the NARI (National Association of the Remodeling industry)

  We won a 2010 Regional Contractor of the Year award for a bathroom renovation completed in 2009.
