Questions and answers

  • What would you recommend customers looking to save money?
  • Remember that your duct work is made of metal and is rather easy for a trained professional to clean. If you live in a typical house with only one furnace, you shouldn't pay much more than $99 - $199 for a "whole house" duct cleaning service. On the other hand, if a company offers an unusually low price of say $70 or less, you will most likely get substandard service. Vehicle maintenance and hourly salaries would demand more, so they will probably use trickery to get more money from you.

  • What certifications or professional affiliations do you have?
  • All our duct cleaning technicians who work for us have been thoroughly trained with at least 2 years of experience. Our company is fully licensed and insured and complies with all city, state and federal regulations.

  • How many projects do you average in a year?
  • In our peak season we have as many as ten trucks running up to 5 appointments per day, six days per week. During the slowest season we run only 2 trucks and they usually do about 3-4 jobs per day.

  • What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
  • We will inspect the furnace for cracks in the heat exchanger and a flame which looks orange. When found we offer solutions for the customer to consider. We will also inspect the chimney for a build-up of creosote and cracks in the liner. We will advise if a cleaning will suffice or if they might need to speak with a contractor. Lastly, we will look at the customer's dryer vent to see if there is an accumulation of lint in the fire box. Lint is highly flammable and a small spark could cause a dryer vent fire. dryer vent fires are the leading cause of house fires in the US.

  • What areas of your trade do you specialize in?
  • Duct cleaning for home and business, but we also offer dryer vent cleaning and a host of other services as well.

  • What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?
  • How many years have you been in business?

Do you clean all the duct work, including the cold air return?

Will you inspect my furnace and air conditioner for free?

What happens if we are dissatisfied for any reason?
