• Tell us about the project or job that you are most proud of (in the last 12 months).
A.

• The job I am most proud of was a partial install with gutters and gutter protection on the front of a ranch house.When I went to talk with the customer I was informed that he called a few other companies and was told there was no way a gutter guard could work because of his long roof valleys.We installed our stonecoat gutter protection and the week after had a tremendous rainfall without any run over.

• Our projects take anywhere from a few hours to a little more than a week depending on what we are installing and size of house or building.We average about 125 jobs a year.

• How did you get started?

• I have been installing gutter and gutter protection since 1985 and have personaly installed gutters on thousands of houses and commercial buildings.

• Our most common job is gutter installations and gutter protection in the most difficult areas to get to.

• We also install vinyl soffit and alumminum facia.We can handle small roof repairs and wood facia repairs.

• What are the most frequent questions you get from customers? What are the answers?

• Do I need new gutters with my gutter protection?

  Not all the time but I will say the product on top of the gutters is only good as what is under it.

  Do I need 6" gutters (oversized)?

  80% of all houses do not need 6" gutters I recommend larger downspouts the idea is to get the water out of the gutter faster and with gutter protection the gutter is free flowing

• If you have problems with leaks in the basement,overflow problems,or squirrels in your attic.Squirrels can chew though the metal gutters and into your home.

• What would you recommend customers looking to save money?
A.

• You can have gutter protection installed on the highest parts of house that are the least accessible.Also if you expect to have other work done on your house (paint,roof,wood rot) have it done first to save from unexpected accidents.We see many gutters dented scratched and crushed when this work gets done following a gutter install.

• I have the experience money can not buy in my 30 years of installing all types of gutter and gutter protection systems on every type of house you can think of there is nothing I have not seen.

• What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?
A.

• Anyone can throw up gutters but to have a proper job done they must be pitched right and flashed if needed.You do not want your gutters to be falling of in a few years.A professional gutter company will not be the cheapest in town but they will guarantee there work.
