That there is a big difference in licensing and insurance requirements between a handyman and a contractor who does smaller projects and handyman work.

I had Edward's out to secure some furniture for me in case of an earthquake. The employee that came to my home was a delight. He did exactly what we asked him to do quickly, and he cleaned up after himself (a big plus!).
I don't know how many repairmen we have had that do a good job but then leave a mess for us to clean up. I appreciate the extra effort.- L
