- Tell us about the project or job that you are most proud of (in the last 12 months).
Tough choice, but I would have to say installing an Owens 3 x 5/8 engineered red oak floor and finishing the floors natural with one coat of oil base sealer and three coats of oil-base polyurethane.
- What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
Provide the customer with all the information needed to properly maintain their hardwood floors such as the cleaner they should use, using rugs at the entrance, and services such as recoating the hardwood floors when needed.

Somewhere between 36 to 48 a year.
- How did you get started?
I got started when I was eighteen, working with my dad and my brother. They started a hardwood flooring business in 1986. The more that I learned about hardwood floors, the more I loved it.
