About EnterLight Productions

EnterLight Productions is a production company based out of Colorado. We are dedicated to serving and influencing others through the most powerful medium of communication --- Film Making.

• What information do you recommend to have readily available before looking for a professional in your trade?
A.

• We recommend to have the duration of your shoot written down. What type of shoot is it? (Wedding/Commercial) As well as if you'd like to add post-production services to the photography or videography. Finally, always ask what your final product will look like and how it will be delivered before agreeing to go with a company.

• What areas of your trade do you specialize in?
A.

• EnterLight Productions specializes in Videography and Photography for those on a budget that still would like a professional product. We service primarily the Colorado Springs area but are willing to travel to most locations in Colorado. Our services cover a variety of categories such as weddings, events, promos, commercials, and even creative narrative work.

  EnterLight Productions' pricing page lists out all of our rates for both photography and videography.

  2. What will I get at the end?

  We can deliver your product through an online medium through HD compression. On DVD. Or onto a hard drive you own.

• How did you get started?
A.

• EnterLight Productions was started by Ryan Lancaster upon graduation from Colorado Film School in Denver. It started as a small freelance video company in Denver but quickly grew and spread into Colorado Springs. EnterLight Productions is still growing but stays in business because of its mindset to truly serve others with it's services and incredibly affordable pricing.

• What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?
A.

• You should always ask what the final product will look like, and inquire about a sample of their previous work. Also, never let a professional in this field do your project without giving you an honest and upfront estimate for the total cost of their services. At EnterLight Productions we list our pricing right on the page so you know what it will cost you. We are that confident with our pricing.

• Tell us about the project or job that you are most proud of (in the last 12 months).
A.

• I am most proud of my work on the Waldo Canyon Fire in Colorado Springs. All by coincidence, I was able to truly capture the fire fighters in their craft and environment, truly portraying the bravery and determination of the CSFD during the Waldo Canyon Fire.

• Tell us something customers may not know about you.
A.

• Customers may not know how professional we are for our prices. We are laid back and goofy to an extent because of our personalities, but our work should speak for itself.

• What types of jobs are the most common?
A.

• The most common jobs for EnterLight are weddings during the warmer months and commercials during the colder months. We occasionally get someone who just wants their darn script turned into a movie or a music video, but they are much more rare.

• What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?
A.

• EnterLight wishes that customers knew how affordable this profession can be. Although specialized, there are some who make it a point to provide it affordably to those who do not understand it in the least. If you are one of those people, please drop the preconceived notion that it is expensive and give EnterLight a shot.

• What certifications or professional affiliations do you have?
A.

• Our lead videographer, Ryan, is a graduate of Colorado Film School with a certificate of writing/directing for film and television along with professional credentials/recommendations in the field of post production. Our lead photographer, Whitney, has extensive experience as well as specialized education in the field of photography and has the playful charisma necessary to generate authentic and truthful photos out of her clients. She has worked in all fields of photography from landscape, to sports, and weddings.

• What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
A.

• After the work has been finished and all photos/video have been edited and final payment has been received, we still are not happy until you are. We allow for last minute changes, more copies burned, and we even upload to a social media site for you.

• What brands or products do you work with?
A.

• We work with HD camcorders from Panasonic and Canon and do most of our post production work on Mac machines equipped with Final Cut Studio.

• What would you recommend customers looking to save money?
A.

• We would dare you to look around yellowpages and craigslist and all over the web to find a cheaper deal than us for the quality of our product. We are only able to brag because we know what it's like to be on a budget, and we know how hard it can be to get quality work on that budget. EnterLight's target demographic are those who ARE looking to save money but still want a quality product.

• How many projects do you average in a year?
A.

• On average, EnterLight Productions will do around 40 to 50 projects a year which might sound like a lot, but offers plenty of time for each project so we are able to offer a much more personalized service.
