About Exactly Cleaning & Contracting
Does your home need to be power washed? Or do you need help cleaning up around your home? Or maybe you just need help getting the hard-to-get items? We can do any odd job you can dream up!
Whatever the job is, we are the company for you. We have over 30 years experience in construction, and 5 yrs experience in cleaning lived-in and vacant homes. We have experience with special stones like marble, granite, etc. We provide all of our own cleaners (if there is something special you would like us to use, just let us know).
We have our own vacuums, but we can use yours if you like. We also provide all of the trash bags and remove all trash to outside containers. We also do all the little extras, like laundry, ironing, changing the bed sheets, ovens, frigs, etc.
We also work with your budget in mind! We are doing first-time home specials--up to 10% off on any job (with a referral that hires us on for a job)! We will not be under bid!

- What would you recommend customers looking to save money?
We know that times are tough. Life is hard enough, no reason to make it harder than it has to be.
If you're looking to save money, we can work with your budget. Also, in some projects, we can work out a payment plan. In addition, we always do the first project for 10% off, and another 10% off (with a referral that hires us on for a job of a $100 or more).
- What information do you recommend to have readily available before looking for a professional in your trade?
Know exactly what you would like done! Have an open mind because the professional will likely have other ideas to help make it last longer. Have your measurements! No matter what the job is, there is always measurements! Have an idea of what kind of materials you would like to be used!
If you are wanting your home cleaned, we need to know the square footage and how many floors in your home. What kind of flooring is in your home? Also, we need to know how many bathrooms, bedrooms, etc.
We know just like every person is different, so is every job!
- What types of jobs are the most common?
Lately, we have been getting loads of phone calls of people wanting their homes to be power washed. Also, we have a few lived-in homes that we clean weekly.
We remodeled a bathroom recently (cutting out black mold pieces of dry wall and replaced it with new, and put in a window box of 4" x 4" glass blocks to let sunlight in).
Last week we made two raised bed gardens, and have another two gardens in about two weeks.
Also, about a month ago, we finished a basement (textured walls and a popcorn ceiling).
- How did you get started?
Well, flat out we were tired of working for other people, and just getting a small cut of the earnings! We had all the experience and the know-how that we needed to get started. So we started acquiring our own tools! First, we got 2 power washers. Then everything else just started falling into place and going our way.
Needless to say, we are a small hometown business, trying to make it in the big city!
- What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?
We would like you to know that we only do quality work that meets your satisfaction! We also do our work in a timely manner! We are always working with your wants in mind.
Most companies will not give you a 1-year warranty for free! Also, most companies will not work with your budget (like payment plans, etc.) Well, we will! We will not be happy until you're happy with the work that was done to your home!
- What brands or products do you work with?
The materials vary with every job!
Most houses that I do general cleaning at, I use mostly:
- Mr. Clean Magic Erasers
- Lemon Oil
- Windex Streak Free
- Fabuloso with Bleach
- the Works Toilet Bowl Cleaner
- Weiman Stainless Steel Cleaner & Polish
For special stone, I use what you provide!
Also, if there is anything special you would like me to use, I can do that too!
I generally use my own vacuum, but I can use yours if you prefer.
- What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
We provide a 50% off home cleaning (if the job is done in the home, and a power wash if it is done on outside) after the project is complete. Also, we have a one-year warranty on any job! Please feel free to contact us if you have any problems or just have a good comment.
You will also receive 10% off of your next home improvement project (with a referral that hires us on for a job).
- What certifications or professional affiliations do you have?
We have great customer service! We also have a one-year warranty free of charge! If you should ever be unsatisfied, we will come out right away and fix the problem! We never leave the job until you are 100% satisfied!
We are affiliated with the carpenters union, and we have over 30 years experience between us in construction and 5 years experience in home cleaning.
- What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?
How much experience do they have?
And what is their main trade?
Do they charge hourly or a flat rate?
Do they have payment plans that can work with your budget? Can they provide a clean background/criminal check?
Will they provide all the materials?
What kind of warranty do they offer?
What kind of payment can they accept?
Is the person you're contacting the same person that will do the work?
Are there any % off deals, group/family rates?
Can you get a general bid over the phone?
What is the fastest way to get a hold of them if (heaven forbid it) an accident happens?
- What are the most frequent questions you get from customers? What are the answers?
- Who will provide all the materials/cleaners?
Generally, I will. If it is a special (hard-to-find) item, then it will be you providing it.
- Is there a difference between a Deep Clean and a Regular Cleaning?
Yes! A Deep Clean is like spring cleaning for you. We get in every nook and cranny to get your home up to our standards. A regular cleaning is just a general upkeep of your home (normally done once a month, up to once a week).
- Is it extra for laundry service and what does the service entail?
Yes, it is extra! Changing the bed linens comes with every cleaning. Upon request, we can do the washing/drying/ folding/ironing or your clothing. This price depends on what/how much you would like done.
- How many people will be on the crew?
It depends on the type and size of the job. Normally, if it's home cleaning, there would be only one (maybe 2, if it's a big home). She would be your normal cleaning lady that would be coming to your home.
- Has all of our workers had a drug screen/criminal background check?
Yes, and if you ever have a problem with one of our workers, contact us ASAP. So we can fix the problem quickly!
- Tell us about the project or job that you are most proud of (in the last 12 months).
Well, honestly the jobs we love doing the most is outside work. We love making gardens and fish ponds that will fit your wants! We are always happy to come back and help you with the upkeep! Or even power washing your home and making it look new again is so rewarding in itself!

Honestly, we can't tell you how many jobs we average in a year, because we just have so many! It depends on the type and size of the job. Also, every job is different!
