  • What type of style you have. Your budget. Location you would like to shoot at. Number of people that will be in the shot.

  • How did you get started?
  • Always having a love of art and design when I had my children the art of photography grew even stronger. I was photographing every moment of their lives . At that time I decided to go back to school to further my skills as a photographer so that I could offer my prospective clients more than just self taught skills. I then enrolled in the oldest and largest photography school in the world New York Institute of Photography and Design in which I graduated 1 year early with my degree in photography and graphic design . I have currently been photographing professionally for over 6 years and love every moment with my clients watching their families grow while capturing the memories to hold close to their heart.

  • What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?
  • Custom photography is far different than the department store chains.A custom photographer has a deep appreciation for photography and art of collecting memories. They strive to provide you with the finest quality product. It requires a appreciation of the art of portraiture and the commitment to service and high quality. It is also a investment in your memories.

With this comment , I as a custom photographer also provide many benefits above and beyond what the store chains offer.I work with you to find the perfect location for your shoot. I take the time to get to know you and your family your personality and I do not rush you through you session giving you only but a few shots to choose from.Lastly I give you the memories to share and cherish for a lifetime and beyond to hold close to your heart .

  • What would you recommend customers looking to save money?
  • We offer some of the best pricing in the industry for custom photography but are always willing to work with our clients in hopes of staying in a already tight budget. Always feel free to ask us what or if we have deals for the month and about a layaway plans.

  • Tell us something customers may not know about you.
  • Christian, Wife to Rev. Glenn Keels mother to 5 beautiful children and grandmother to a beautiful baby girl . I live in Hall county Ga and have lived here for most of my life . I always practice my business with Christian values putting God first in every step. I pray before every session . My studio is in my home although I rather enjoy location shoots more because the clients are more relaxed and show their true personalities which in turn gives the best portraits.

  • What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?
  • Anyone with a DSLR and a Web site can present themselves as a professional photographer today. So how can you, as a prospective photography client, separate the contenders from the pretenders? Not to say that the new photographers should be looked over there are many new photographers that are very skilled. This list is just to weed out the average person taking pictures from the true pro photographer.

Here are seven questions to ask yourself before hiring a photographer for an assignment — be it a corporate shoot, an editorial assignment, a portrait, a wedding or other event.

    1. Does she present herself as a professional?

You don’t want a photographer showing up to your event looking like Animal from “Lou Grant.” A good photographer blends in and becomes part of the scenery. Someone who stands out like a sore thumb will make subjects uncomfortable. You want someone who has enough sense to show up dressed properly for the event she is covering.

    2. Has she done a shoot like this before?

While it’s OK to hire a generalist rather than a specialist, make sure the photographer has a background in the type of work you need done or has the skills and concepts to do the job at hand. You don’t want to be a photographer’s first wedding, first CEO portrait, or first fashion shoot. No matter how talented the photographer, there is no substitute for experience.

    3. Do you like her portfolio?

Even when a photographer has a strong reputation, if you do not like her portfolio you will probably not like the work she does for you. The photographer has a certain style she has developed over the years, which is reflected in her portfolio. Asking her to shoot a radically different style is a recipe for disaster unless she posses the skills and open mindedness to follow your vision . Can a capable photographer attempt to replicate any image you show her? Yes. Will it be as good as when the photographer shoots her preferred style? No.

    4. Does she ask you questions that illustrate her preparedness?

A good photographer will usually ask you as many questions as you ask her. She should query you about the venue, the type of shoot, the kind of photographs you’re looking for. And she should ask to scout the location if she isn’t already familiar with it. She should be concerned about sunlight or available light at the location at the chosen time of day, among other issues.

    5. Does she have the proper equipment?

Does the photographer have backup cameras in the event one camera breaks? Does she have a backup for that, even if it means shooting film? Lenses break, too, and a true professional has a range of lenses that overlap in coverage so she can always get the shot. Does she have the necessary lighting equipment to get the look you need? Does she carry extra batteries and memory cards? Don’t be afraid to ask. If she doesn't don't be afraid to request that a back up be present on set . Photographers can rent equipment for the your shoot and most will be happy to do so.

    6. Do her references check out?

First of all, make sure she has references. And not just any references — clients who have hired her to do similar assignments. Then, call those references and ask questions: Were they happy with the work? Was it delivered on time? Was the photographer reliable, even when facing unexpected difficulties? Would they hire the photographer again? Don’t skip this due diligence, or you may end up regretting it.

    7. Can you afford the price?

While we all operate within budgets, a photographer’s price doesn’t matter until you know she can get the job done. Then, hire the best photographer you can afford. In many cases when clients hire photographers, they are asking them to capture moments that will never take place again. Don’t shortchange yourself by hiring someone you’re not sure about. Also find out what payment types are accepted and if payment plans are allowed.

  • What are the most frequent questions you get from customers? What are the answers?
  • Q.How long does it take for my prints to get back?

A.Most prints are back to the client within 5 days of order unless they are custom sized and framed at that time it may take up to 10 days.

Q.Is it extra for location shoots?

A.If the location is within 40 miles of studio no . If the location is outside of said miles there is a additional charge that will be discussed prior to appointment.
