• We are often asked, "What do you speacialize in?" We specialize in property maintenance, foreclosures of bank-owned properties and estate clean-outs.

• We actually got our start by doing estate clean-outs. For example, someone died and the family was selling the house. They would contact us to clean out the house and make it presentable to sell. We eventually branched off from there and offered more services depending on what people were asking for.

• We prefer customers who can be more detailed in explaining what they need, so that we can offer a better and more accurate price for them.
