About Frank IV Excavating
As a full-service excavator, I find creative solutions for my clients. I have been self-employed as an excavator for fifteen years. I work in both Delaware and Chester counties.
I provide all residential Excavation services, backhoe services, septic system repairs and installations, driveway repairs and installations, patios, foundations, and retaining walls. I correct a wet basement by adjusting grade. I build ponds and take down trees or remove stumps.
As of late, we have been providing demolition services and hauling debris. My entire family is in home building. My father, Frank, has been a custom home builder for over forty years. Together we tackle just about any project--from a driveway or septic system repair to designing an addition or dream home and building it.
No job is too small for us if we are not overbooked. I provide free estimates.

Ask how long they have been in the business, and then ask if they stand behind their work. Ask how long the project will take from start to finish, and make sure they are insured.
- What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
I usually do not have to make any corrections or adjustments, but when I do, I do! Word of mouth is the best advertising.
- What areas of your trade do you specialize in?
I specialize in digging foundations, driveways, and grade changes and or corrections. I can also install septic systems and footings and block work. I clear trees and brush and will remove any structure or debris from anywhere. I am fast and thorough, and my rates are very competitive. I have been in this business for some time, so please ask. I can do anything with my machine.
