About Freelance Apple Tech Consultant

Hello, my name is Alex Shockman. I am an experienced freelance Apple Computer Tech. I have been repairing and upgrading Apple computers for over 5 years. I have even volunteered at the Brown Elephant (a non for profit resale shop) for several months fixing Apple computers that people have donated.

Some of the services I provide are as follows:

  • Dual Booting Windows on Mac - (all versions, must have the copy of Windows)
  • Installing / Updating Software - (includes most software, just let me know what you want)
  • Setting Up Wireless Network
  • Computer Tune-up
  • Password Removal
  • Hard Drive Data Recovery

  • In Home Computer and Accessories Setup
  • Custom Computer Build (please contact me for more info)
  • Lessons on Basic and Advanced Operations on a Mac (this includes most software)
  • Installing / Upgrading Operating Systems (OSX 10.4.11 Tiger, OSX 10.5.6 Leopard, 10.6.3 Snow Leopard, OSX 10.7.3 Lion)
  • Computer Repair (any upgrade or repair, just let me know what is wrong or what you need upgraded on your computer)
  • Setting up Printers and or Scanners - (including installing necessary software, even if you do not have it, as long as they are compatible with Macs)
