We have other technicians who also hold IICRC certification in carpet and upholstery care so when we arrive to clean your floors, at least one of the technicians is IICRC certified. We require all our technicians to become IICRC certified through our training program.

• How long will it take for my carpet to dry?

  It really depends on the amount of humidity. At Gold Star Cleaning, we use state-of-the-art equipment, which removes a lot of the moisture in your carpets so they take a shorter time to dry. In most cases, your carpets will be dry in two to four hours.
