  • We specialize in new landscape install and design. We can take your yard with your ideas to a whole new level.

  • How many projects do you average in a year?

  • We do a few hundred and they range in size. We do commercial and residential both lawns and landscapes.

  • How did you get started?

  • I started working for a small lawn care and landscape company when I was 15. My mother would drive me to work during the summer.nnI then had the chance to work for some bigger landscape companies. One that gave me the most knowledge was a hardscape company. I got to learn different skills that are key to doing the job the right way.

  • What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?

  • We offer maintenance on the lawn and landscaping work we have done. We like to have 12-month maintenance agreements with our customers.nnThis benefits everyone because your yard is always maintained and you will know the total amount you will need to pay every month. And we get year round work and it makes our job a little easier when we are already maintaining your property.

  • What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?

  • What services do you offer? You will find most landscapers do not offer all the services like we do at Greenscape Prop. MGT. We can save you time and money by being your full service contractor for the whole project. This also means we can get the projects done faster.nnAnd wait there is more. After the projects are finished, we offer maintenance for your lawn and landscaping also.

  • What brands or products do you work with?

  • We work only with the best products and plants. Belgard is our top stone product. And we use top of the equipment to do the jobs also. Shindaiwa, Sthil, Ford, Exmark, and Rainbird are a few.

  • What would you recommend customers looking to save money?

  • DYI Network. This business requires hard work so the labor is going to be the biggest cost involved in landscaping.

  • What are the most frequent questions you get from customers? What are the answers?

  • When can you start and how long will the job take? Answers depend on the job. We have finished small jobs in a few hours and have had big jobs that take monthes.

  • What information do you recommend to have readily available before looking for a professional in your trade?

  • Know what you want and have a budget in place. Thats always the biggest help. But if you dont have those things in place, we can help you decide.

  • Tell us about the project or job that you are most proud of (in the last 12 months).

  • We did a big project in Germantown, Tennessee, where the customer made us do every thing you could think of!
