I have owned and operated this company for 14 1/2 Years and I have developed a small core of solid and experience network of companies, which is doing an incredible service for many of my California clients in the area of ground up construction and remodeling on residential homes through LA County and abroad.

Bobby Wright, President/ Founder has developed Relationships with Investors and Direct Banking and Lending institutions as well as Private Money Investment Corp that have been in Business for many years. We also lend to Residential and Apartment Buildings plus we offer Rehab Funding after Aquisition to repair the property. This type of lending is made possible by management basing the Appraisal on the future value or the completed repairs before repairs are completed!!! The funds are advanced to Aquire the property then repair it using the future appraised value!! This is a excellent program for Investors, 1st time buyers, etc...
