About HF&B Janitorial Consultants

HF&B Janitorial Consultants specializes in nightly/weekly janitorial services, trash, vacuum, floors, restrooms and break rooms. Strip/wax services are also available.

We also offer floor care programs designed for each client including regular spray buffing and scrub/recoats, and deep cleaning, carpet shampoos based on a method I learned in 1978.

We offer free estimates. We are licensed, bonded and insured with more than 30 years of cleaning experience.

• I have been doing janitorial services for over 30 years. I have watched the trends in the industry change in that time and kept my values to performing complete services for the customer. I am always willing to learn new techniques and procedures in my industry. I take my work performance seriously and each client I have is the most important client.

• Apartment-senior living make readys that had do be done in a short time window...Also involved carpet shampoos and VCT strip/wax..I saved the client quite a lot of money on carpets and tile floors that they thought they would have to replace...received high accolades of achievment for that project...

• What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?
A.

• I am old school and extremely honest with all of my clients/future clients. I strongly believe in saving them money and recommending only the best products and services for their needs. I never try to just "bandaid" a problem.

• How did you get started?
A.

• I got started in the carpet cleaning business in 1977. Using everything from simple extractors to learning knowledge of various chemicals and solvents. In 1978 I expanded to learn other methods, including the "two step method" which I specialize in today...In 1980 I managed the carpet/upholstery cleaning divisions of JC Penney. In 1982 I was certified in advanced chemical training in St. Louis, Missouri.
