About Home Inspections Plus, LLC
The founder of our company, Troy Bloxom, has an extensive construction background, with over 35 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction arenas.
He has knowledge of conventional framing, pre-cast concrete, log homes, SIPS (structural insulated foam panels) and steel construction.
He currently performs inspections on homes and commercial buildings, for buyers, sellers, lenders and governmental agencies.
Troy is certified to teach on removal of lead base paint and also holds several certifications, including Residential Endorsement # 1254 in the State of Alaska.
