Questions and answers

  • What certifications or professional affiliations do you have?
  • I am a graduate of UTI, and also of NADC. I am an ASE certified mechanic, specializing in engine and transmission repair and maintenance.

  • What would you recommend customers looking to save money?
  • If you are looking to get dependable results and save money, always invest in good parts. Many people seek out a cheap solution at a junkyard when looking for parts, but often this is problematic in the long run.

  • What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
  • All repairs are guaranteed for 30 days. I am always working with my customers after the job. I call them or text them to make sure that they are satisfied.

  • Tell us about the project or job that you are most proud of (in the last 12 months).
  • I recently redesigned an old volkswagen rabbit into something that we are now calling the Stealth Fighter Rabbit...haha...

It looks more like a ferrarri now than a rabbit, thanks to friends at Hunter's Custom Fiberglass in Nashville, TN.

The car is driven by two separate engines taken from comparable model Audi Fox's. They are 5 cylinders. One pulling front wheels and one pulling rear with transaxle linkage such that the two five speed transmissions (Manual) shift flawlessly together.

It's a very fast car with no glass........

the interior of the cockpit houses screens that accurately show an image of front rear and side views of the vehicle collected by onboard cameras.

  • What brands or products do you work with?
  • I am capable of working on any brand of vehicle. Primarily american models, but do alot of work Honda, Acura, Toyota, Volkswagen, BMW, and Mercedes

  • What are the most frequent questions you get from customers? What are the answers?
  • My customers most often ask if I can help them with the purchase of parts, or give them advice on jobs that they want to do themselves. These services are free.

  • What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?
  • Always ask for a firm quote that will not change. Always make sure that there are not going to be any added charges.

  • What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?
  • Anyone who has attempted to work on newer model cars, knows that it is very technical and difficult.

the engineers of these vehicles often design them in such a fashion that the average individual with standard tools will find it impossible.

  • Tell us something customers may not know about you.
  • My customers are always satisfied. I make sure of this. I sometimes run into problems that were not calculated in the initial quotes, but if labor hours exceed what I quoted, i simply credit that to the customer for free.

  • What types of jobs are the most common?
  • alternators, starters, and sensors of all types are most common . These issues are easily settled for a very low expense.

  • What areas of your trade do you specialize in?
  • Automotive mechanical repair and diagnostic. I have been a mechanic for over twenty years, and I don't often get beaten.

  • How many projects do you average in a year?
  • Personal projects are something that I do only about once a year, however, repair work done for customers averages near 200 vehicles per year.

  • What information do you recommend to have readily available before looking for a professional in your trade?
  • have the vehicle VIN number

Know the size of the engine in your vehicle

check the internet for recalls that pertain to your problem before seeking a mechanic.

  • How did you get started?
  • I was poor growing up, and my first car sat in the driveway broken more than I got to drive it. Eventually, I began to attempt to work on it and learned that it wasn't so hard. I decided to attend UTI and NADC and learn the professional way, and I've loved it ever since.

I have a 2004 Chevy Malibu. It was a constant overheater until it blew a head gasket, cracked the head, etc.

Brian was able to fix my car for the cost of parts plus around $300. Aall the quotes that I got from other garages and the dealer were nearly four times that cost.

The car has run fine for a year now, and I take it to Brian for all maintenance.

I save lots of money getting my BMW 328i worked on here. I never realized the cost of auto repairs until I bought this car.

When I contact this guy, I always get a good price on all work, and nothing he has done on either of my cars has malfunctioned again.

Brian was quick in responding to my issue with a 94 Lexus Es300. As most know, Lexus can be quiet expensive. Brian was able to get me running within 10 minutes of him being there and most importantly for a fair price. Will glady recommend him to everyone I know.

Just when I thought there was no hope, I found Brian and could not have been happier with the service he provided.

He was very informative punctual and polite and I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of automotive repairs.

My van now rides like a Cadillac and the wheel bearing he replaced is as quiet as a mouse. He provides more than reasonable prices. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

He did a great job on my breaks, and saved me $150.00 in parts. The firestone that I thought I needed to replace turned out to be okay. He did the job $1200.00 less than firestone was going to charge me. He is a really great guy! I will definitely call him again for any car repairs.
