About Howden Electronic Concepts

Howden Electronic Concepts is a veteran owned and operated electronic service company that has been on the western slope of Colorado since 1993.

We have worked for Sheriff Departments in 24 counties and 2 private prisons installing cameras, inmate telephone systems including the recorders, computers and software.

We provide CCTV system sales, installation and maintenance. We also offer computer network cabling, modem installation and programming.

We sell our surveillance systems at dealer cost which is 20% off retail and the customer orders directly from our distributor. We offer DVRs that have remote view capability with Smart Phone apps.

  • What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?

  • There is always a "breaking" in period after every install.

    Sometimes the camera view may not be exactly what is needed even after it was installed and approved by the customer.

    Sometimes the customer won't remember how some function on the DVR works; we will make sure that the customer is comfortable not only with the camera views but also with the function and options available with the DVR.

    Occasionally we also provide video analysis if there is an "event", robbery, break-in or employee theft. We will document, archive and download all evidence for police use and if needed will provide testimony for prosecution.
