I Learned the Trades Repairing our first REO home in Corona.
We bought a home that was a disaster and needed everything from a New Roof, Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall installed and Painting.
I just jumped in and did the work.

Depends upon the Season but We average about 4 good jobs a Month
