  • What brands or products do you work with?

  • Our company loves, loves apple products such as iPads, Apple Tv, iPhones, and more. If Apple makes it we want it. As well as Adobe products: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Muse,Flash, Fireworks, Lightroom. So basically Apple and Adobe are our best friends.

  • What do you wish customers knew about your profession or trade?

  • It is not as easy as it may seem. As well as just because you have Photoshop does not mean you should use it. Everyone is not made to be a designer.

  • Tell us about the project or job that you are most proud of (in the last 12 months).

  • We have just re-constructed our website after having just a basic website for the last 2 years. We also have new promotional information.

  • How did you get started?

  • It started off as just a hobby for our lead designer. She self-taught herself and then later went on to explore it more as a college student.

  • How many projects do you average in a year?

  • We average about 150-200 projects a year. We love what we do so we love when our workload increases. There is nothing else we rather be doing.

  • What types of jobs are the most common?

  • Business Cards, Flyers, CD Covers, Event Tickets, Invitations, and Websites. Websites are very popular at this time.

  • Tell us something customers may not know about you.

  • We do not have a physical location yet. However, that shouldnt turn customers away because we still do a superior job. We are looking in to a building next year.

  • What are the most frequent questions you get from customers? What are the answers?

  • How much do you charge for websites? We charge a $25 base fee for a deposit that helps get you started then from there we charge $10 per hour.

  • What information do you recommend to have readily available before looking for a professional in your trade?

  • Know what kind of design they want to take it part in because it's so many options. Know what it takes to survive in this field.

  • What areas of your trade do you specialize in?

  • Impeccable Digital Kreationz specialize in graphic design, web design, mobile application development, print, photography, videography, and electronic services. We are a full service design studio.

  • What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?

  • You can always call us back for additional work needed, if you had a website designed or developed by us we can always keep it updated for you, or we will provide the same designs for you as long as you need them.

    Do you design and print or do I have to find my own printer?

  • What certifications or professional affiliations do you have?

  • Our CEO/lead designer is currently working to obtain a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. As well as taken many other classes such as photography, mobile development and more.

  • We would recommend that you stick with your budget and let us know what your budget is so that we can better help you. It makes your job easier and ours.
