• What types of jobs are the most common?
A.

• Bathroom and kitchen jobs are quite common for a couple of reasons. One, they are exposed to a lot of extra moisture so things tend to wear out faster and mold becomes an issue and two, these areas are heavily used and people tend to like to update every 10 years or so.

• What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?
A.

• We can provide any follow-up services. We're always available for questions and concerns. We can provide routine maintenance. We are happy to diagnose and trouble shoot any issues and provide preventive care.

• What areas of your trade do you specialize in?
A.

• With over 25 years of combined experience in all phases of construction nothing is out of our reach. We do however specialize in the unique and create an environment that is supportive of the customers' vision while keeping the price reasonable. We find that our customers love our bath and kitchen remodels and love our tile and flooring work. We excel at roofing, decks, remodels and new construction.

• What would you recommend customers looking to save money?
A.

• Many times a similar looking and performing material can be found and we feel part of our job is to help the customer save as much money as possible but still get quality and what they want. At times we can advise customers on cost saving labor steps that they can be a part of if they choose.

• What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?
A.

• What is your philosophy for listening to the customers desires? What ethics do you subsribe to? What steps are taken to best get the job done efficiently? What types of materials do you use; am I paying for high quality and getting high quality? Whst are your

• How many projects do you average in a year?
A.

• We usually average two large projects and four to six medium projects and eight to twelve small projects.

• What brands or products do you work with?
A.

• There are no specific brands we work with. We always aspire to find the most environmentally friendly products. However every customer has unique requirements and we tailor to the customers needs. We do not tailor the customer to our needs. We will always make recommendations and since we have worked in this industry for over 20 years at all price points we have knowledge of and experience with an incredible array of materials.

• How did you get started?
A.

• I started in this industry working for a roofing contractor for several years, then moved into general carpentry through working for a few different general contractors. Typically working on multi million dollar houses which has exposed us to a large variety of unique materials.

• Tell us about the project or job that you are most proud of (in the last 12 months).
A.

• We recently finished a large condo remodel. This involved sound proofing, removing walls, completely new kitchen in which we provided all the finishes for the cabinets, two complete bathroom overhauls, and custom millwork.
