We inspect the roof (walking when possible), chimney, leaders & gutters, siding, foundation, crawl spaces, structural walkways, driveway, garage, and attic (walking or crawling when possible).

We also look into electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling and much more. We check for wood destroying insects and fungal growth.

Our reports are precise room by room and system by system, with easy to understand explanations and color pictures of all deficiencies we find.
