• We offer both training, before and after, and we always follow up within a week of the service, to make sure the job was done right, and that it really was done. We know that tech work can seem frustrating when issues come back, and the tech is long gone. We believe you hire us, we stand behind our work.

  I had just bought an Ipad and needed help getting it connected to my wireless network. The tech was punctual and professional. He alerted me that I should have wireless security on my network and got my Ipad on my network, as well as the other devices, with all the added security in 2 hours. I was delighted that someone paid such attention to detail. I have already recommended to my friends and when I get my husband his own Ipad, I won't hesitate to call them to show him how to use it.   I hired the JCS guys to implement a backup solution to my small business. They came to my business, they saw how my network was setup and they gave me various options and didn't pressure me into any of them. I weighed my options and chose one that would work for me.   I hired one of their techs to install a wireless router in my home. The tech arrived on time, looked professional and knew what he was doing. He was in and out in two hours, making sure all my laptops, desktops and other computers were connected and operational before leaving. He didn't try to extend his time for more money, he kept me in the loop at every turn and made sure I was comfortable with the service provided. I would recommend them again in a heartbeat.
