About Jim Croop Jr Guitar Studio
Hi, I'm James Croop Jr, a private music instructor specializing in the guitar, both acoustic and electric. I also teach bass guitar. I have been teaching for around 20 years.
I teach kids 8 years old and onward, till you can't hold a guitar any longer! I have one student who's 77 years old and he's a fireball! I love him.
I'm very comfortable teaching all styles. I can help the kids rock out, shift gears and help a guy learn the blues then on to teach a young woman all about Jazz/Funk. I truly love what I do.
