About Joe's Computer Repair

Hello, I'm Joe and I offer computer repair services. I am available to help with most computer problems ranging from hardware installation to helping resolve any issue with viruses or malware.

If your computer is running slowly, I may be able to help. Unfortunately, I am only fluent with Windows PCs. I can help with Macs but only very little.

My prices are competitive and we can negotiate something for my services. If it is a laptop, I may be required to take it home and work on it. It will be returned.

I have something that others do not, I only will charge you if I can fix it. If I don't, you don't have to pay for my time. Also, I offer free diagnosis of up to 1 hour.

  • What areas of your trade do you specialize in?

  • I can work on just about anything. I am still a college student looking to earn a little extra money on the side.

    I have been interested in computers since they first became popular in the late 1990's. As a result, I have been working with them since, including building my own for personal use. I really can fix just about anything.

  • What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?

  • First, ask how much it is going to cost. With the availability of computers becoming more and more demanding, it is becoming cheaper and cheaper to buy one. If they are going to charge anything over $250 then you might as well look to upgrade.

  • What services do you provide your customers after the work has finished?

  • Being a local college student, I can provide assistance on any of my work after I have completed a task. If I failed you, don't pay! It is that simple. Plus, I can really make a connection with the customer because I am local. I will service any of my work for 30 days.
