Hi, I’m Kari Boyett of Keepin' It Clean Cleaning Service. I offer a full scale cleaning service and have been doing this for a year now.

My prices are as follows:

$40 for 1 bedroom home / apartment

$60 for 2 bedroom home / apartment

$80 for 3 bedroom home / apartment

$100 for 4 bedroom home / apartment

$20 extra for each additional bedroom

I offer my services to anyone in Polk County. If you are outside of Polk County, I only charge for the gas to get there.

I am a full scale residential and commercial cleaning business but I am a small business that prides in my reputation for cleanliness.

I always offer specials to come back for a second cleaning or depending on if you want me to come back regularly and how often. I can also lower the price.

What questions should a customer ask before hiring a professional in your trade?

I would have to say make sure you have an exact price because a lot of cleaning services like to add extra on for doing more work even though you had set an initial price. Also make sure you are going to get everything cleaned that you want done before you have them come out so there is a clear understanding between the customer and the cleaning professional.
